The Mexican Cinco de Mayo celebration can be a big event at watering holes.

Here are some of the venues with scheduled events this Wednesday:

n Cafe Madison, 33 Lafayette St., Riverside. Cinco de Mayo party with music by the Suzette Ortiz Trio, 6 to 9 p.m. Information: 856-764-4444.

n Dadz Bar and Grill, Route 38 East and Madison Ave., Lumberton. Cinco de Mayo party with appearances by the Corona Girls and a mariachi band, with prizes and giveaways. DJ Tommy C hosts the event from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Information: 609-267-4344.

n High Street Grill, 64 High St., Mount Holly. An all-day Cinco de Mayo celebration. Information: 609-265-9199.

n Silk City, 435 Spring Garden St., Philadelphia. Cinco de Mayo "Reggae Bashment" with Solomonic Sound System, Rascul International, Ital Sound and Outlaw Wonder, 10 p.m. to 2 a.m., $5. Information: 215-592-8838.
