Important information for authors
Proceedings will be printed before (and distributed during) the
Conference, therefore, your paper can be published in the Proceedings
only if the conference fee is paid until March 31, 2007.
** Students
A copy of the student card or other proof of the status
has to be faxed to the organisers (Congress Oulu, fax
+358 8 558 41731, "for EMPC 2007") at the time of registration
(until March 31, 2006). Without presenting the proof of the student status,
the full conference has to be paid.
PAYMENT
Credit card payment by Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard or American Express
is preferred.
Alternatively you can transfer the amount to our bank account in
Euro, net of bank charges and commissions for the receiver with
notification: EMPC2007 + name of the participant.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received before April 30, 2007, entitle registered participants
to a full refund, less 100 EUR administration costs. It is regretted that
no refunds are made for cancellations received after this date. In case
of cancellation as of April 30, 2007 you can be replaced by a colleague
at an extra charge of 100 EUR. All refunds will be processed after the
Conference.
INSURANCE
Neither the Conference Organizing Committee nor the Conference
Secretariat can accept any liability or responsibility for illness or
injury to persons or for the loss of, or damage to property or for any
financial loss incurred by any person attending the conference. Participants
and accompanying persons should make their own arrangements with respect
to health and travel insurance.
BADGES
Admission to the conference premises is permitted only for those wearing
the official conference badge.
LUNCHES
Lunch will be served at the conference venue on the conference days. Please
indicate on the registration form any special requirements you may have
relating to diet.
