EMPC 2007 EXHIBITION

You and your company are hereby invited to participate in the exhibition during the EMPC 2007 European Microelectronics and Packaging Conference June 17-20, 2007, in Oulu, Finland. The conference is designed to give maximum interaction between the conference delegates and the exhibitors. The conference takes place in the Oulu City Theatre, that is located in the city center.

The exhibition area is in a 400 m2 open foyer area (see picture). The main auditorium is located next to the exhibition area and the conference social functions like coffee and lunch breaks will take place in the exhibition area.

The exhibition stands will be professionally built and the basic wall structure and furniture is included in the stand price, in which one full-priced conference registration (with the proceedings and all meals) is also included. If in doubt about using our standard exhibition stand, especially small companies and associations, please contact the exhibition host for alternatives.

Your exhibitor PR-info will be presented in the conference proceedings. In the conference schedule an exhibitor session is also planned, where the exhibitors may present themselves and their products (maximum one minute for each exhibitor stand). Several other conference and/or exhibition related sponsorship possibilities are also available for the exhibitors and other partners, see the sponsor invitation link.

Each exhibitor can invite visitors or guests to this exhibition, free of charge, and thus exploit the special hi-tech community in and around Oulu.

Please click here to view the exhibition floor plan. The actual stands will be regrouped to single, double, triple and quadruple stands as required. Please inform the exhibition host of your desired area or stand number in the floor plan. Your booth location is set on the first come - first served basis. The exhibition host might relocate stands/companies for practical reasons.

This is the best opportunity for you to reach the microelectronics, packaging and SMT manufacturers and users in Europe, especially in the Nordic area.
