Conditions for exhibition

1. IMAPS Nordic reserves the right to allot the exhibition booths to companies.

2. The number of exhibition booths is limited and will be allotted chronologically according to receipt of payment.

3. Direct sales at the table are not allowed, as this will injure IMAPS Nordic status as a non-profit organisation. The information offered by companies shall be strictly of an informative, technical nature.

4. Neither IMAPS Nordic nor its specially setup exhibition organisation at the event will be liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to employees or to property of companies.

5. In the event that the Conference and Exhibition fail to take place or are interrupted or discontinued due to strikes, lockouts, injunctions, acts of war, Act of God, government emergencies or any other reason, this contract may be terminated by IMAPS. In this case companies will waive all damages and claims against IMAPS. The sole liability for IMAPS shall be to return the company the payment - minus a pro rata share of all costs and expenses incurred and committed by IMAPS.

6. Exhibitors are advised to protect and insure their exhibits at their own expense as IMAPS and its exhibition organisation will accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to any materials or display through fire, theft, accident or any other cause.

7. Neither IMAPS nor its exhibition organisation will be liable, responsible or accountable for any loss, damage or injury sustained by any person on the premises who is assigned to the exhibiting company or who may be watching or participating in any demonstration or exhibit. Exhibitors must hold, keep and save harmless and indemnify IMAPS and its exhibition organisation from any such claims for loss, damage, or injury.

8. IMAPS reserves the right to make slight changes in exhibit space assignments, if necessary at a later date.

9. The price of the reserved booth has to be paid within 30 days from the IMAPS Nordic approval of the reservation, using the IMAPS Nordic online registration system, payments by credit card or by bank transfer are acceptable. For the early booth reservations at discounted price, the payment/online registration has to be done latest by 31.1.2007.

10. For the cancellation of the reserved booth the following time limits and respective charges will be applied:
- latest two months before the event, 20% of the reserved booth price
- latest one month before the event, 50% of the reserved booth price
- less than one month before the event, 100% of the reserved booth price.

The refunds of the cancelled booth payments will be paid by IMAPS Nordic to the exhibitor within one month from the end of the event.
